    This registration form is for South India Dec'2022 camp.

    Important Information for Travel Bookings to attend South India Dec'22 Camp.
    - All participants must plan to reach Bangalore on 23rd December before 3pm as Travel to Camp site would happen on 23rd Dec evening.
    - And for return pls plan your return from Bangalore on 27th December after 7pm as Travel from Camp site to Bangalore will happen on 27th December evening.

    Pickup place and other information will be shared with registered participants through registered email.

    Khalsa Camp India is a non-profit and non-aided organisation that runs solely on donations.

    The camp fee is highly subsidized to make it affordable for maximum people. KCI has sponsored hundreds of campers over the years who couldn't afford to pay the fee. The gap in cost and budget is supported by Dasvandh contributed by Gursikhs.
    Campers are welcome to donate over and above their fees (Please contact Harmeet Singh ji at 9815220259).

    Notes

    1. Registration application with duplicate/ fake transaction ID, incorrect/ incomplete information or without full camp fee will not be accepted. No refund is paid for rejected registrations. Please submit complete and correct information.

    2. Decision of organizers is final in all camp matters, including but not limited to confirming registration of applicants, camp schedule and activities.

    3. Registrations are not transferable and cancellations are non-refundable.

    4. Khalsa Camp India is not responsible for any loss of valuables.

    5. Participants must comply with camp rules and regulations. The participant is responsible for all actions and the consequences thereof during the camp. Violations of rules and indiscipline can result in eviction from camp at participant's cost.

    ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ: ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਕੋਈ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੈ (ਦਮਾ, ਸ਼ੂਗਰ, ਆਦਿ) ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਖੋ । ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਹੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ।
    Medical Info: If you have any medical condition (asthma, diabetes, etc) then please carry sufficient medications to last entire duration of camp. Only routine medical assistance will be possible at camp.
