- Professional cameras and routine cell phone photography will not be allowed during Khalsa Camp. We will have a team of volunteers to cover the event and the pictures will be provided online after the camp. Let us not deviate from our actual purpose of being at the camp!
ਕੈਂਪ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਫੋਟੋਗਰਾਫਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸਭ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਨਿਜੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫੋਨ ਫੋਟੋਗਰਾਫੀ ਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਮਕਸਦ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਲਾਭ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। - All participants are encouraged to wear simple dress during the camp, Westren dresses are not desirabe in any of the camp activities. Short Sleeves & Short Shirts are not permissible. Bibian are encouraged to bring decent punjabi suits.
ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਦਾ ਪਹਿਰਾਵਾ ਹੀ ਪਹਿਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪੱਛਮੀ ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਜੂ ਅਤੇ ਭੜਕੀਲੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ, ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
- Each participant must carry his/ her own luggage bag. You will not want the hassle of running around to gather your stuff as rooms are allotted randomly. PLEASE DON’T SHARE YOUR SUITCASE/ BAGS with friends/ relatives/ siblings.
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਰ ਕੈਂਪਰ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਆਦਿ ਲਈ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣਾ ਅਟੈਚੀ/ ਬੈਗ ਲਿਆਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰ ਭੈਣ ਭਰਾ ਨਾਲ
ਸਾਂਝਾ ਬੈਗ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਕੈਂਪ ਤੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖਰੇ ਨੀਅਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਲੋੜ ਵਾਲੀ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਐਧਰ-ਓਧਰ ਭੱਜਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ।

ਹਰ ਦਿਨ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਛਿਹਰੇ ਆਦਿ ਜਾਂ ਅੰਡਰਗਾਰਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਸੈੱਟ।
- Jacket/ Pullover
ਜੈਕੇਟ / ਸਵੈਟਰ। - Head covering if you don’t wear dastar
ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਜਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਚੁੰਨੀ/ਪਰਨਾ।
Please bring Navy Blue dastar for group photo. Navy Blue Bana/kurta-pajama/suit is also recommended for the same.

One personal mobile phone is allowed at your own risk. Camp Organizers will not be responsible for any loss of your personal belongings.
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫੋਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਕੈਂਪ ਆਯੋਜਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
Bear in mind that you will have the opportunity to take part in Sporting activities during the camp so when you enter the Darbar Sahib in the evening it is essential you wear clean clothes.
We encourage all campers to bring traditional and simple clothes like kurta pajama/ Baana/ Suit for wearing for early morning and evening Diwans.
ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸੋਦਰ ਦੇ ਦੀਵਾਨ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਣ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹਾਜਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਹਜੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਵੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਦੀਵਾਨ ਲਈ, ਸਾਦਾ ਪਹਿਰਾਵਾ ਹੀ ਪਹਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ।
Rules & Regulations
The following rules and regulations have been made for the benefit of campers. We ask you to read them carefully. It is only through the complete cooperation of each camper that we look forward to great Khalsa camp every Year.
ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਫਾਇਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਹਰ ਕੈਂਪਰ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ।

Campers are expected to look after their own possessions.
ਕੈਂਪਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਰਖਣਗੇ। -
Anytime during the camp, you are not permitted to leave the site. If you do so you will be expelled from the camp. If there is a genuine reason for you to leave, you must first inform the organizers.
ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਰਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਰਚੇ ਤੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। -
Unauthorized visitors are NOT be allowed on Khalsa Camp Site. If you expect to be visited at Khalsa camp you need to arrange this with one of the volunteers.
ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਾ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। -
Campers should REFRAIN from idle talk during morning and evening Diwans and lectures.
ਕੈਂਪਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰ/ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੇ ਦੀਵਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮਤ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਸਮੇ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੈ। -
Campers MUST NOT enter the sleeping area of opposite gender under any circumstances.
ਮਰਦ ਜਾਂ ਬੀਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ / ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕਲਿਆਂ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। -
All campers should report any complaints or issues directly to the volunteers of the camp rather than taking matters into their own hand.
ਕੈਂਪ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਜਾਂ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। -
The Campsite is to be kept clean at all times. Each camp member is responsible for keeping their rooms clean. Campers will be responsible for any damage to the room / tent.
ਕੈਂਪ-ਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਾਫ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਜੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਹਰੇਕ ਕੈਂਪ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ (ਕਮਰੇ/ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ ਕੈਂਪਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। -
Usage of mobile phones is not allowed during the camp. You may bring your phones but they will be collected at the start to be returned only at the end of the camp. Parents may call a Khalsa Camp volunteer in case they need to contact you for some important reason.
ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫੋਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੋਨ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ, ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਫੋਨ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਖੀਰਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ (ਅਪਨੇ ਘਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਵੈਬਸਾਇਟ ਤੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।) -
You will be given responsibility for different sewas during the day. If there is any additional sewa which you think can do, please let the organizers know.
ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਕੈਂਪਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਪੁੰਨ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਰੂਰ ਦਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। -
Anyone wishing to carry out any Sewa such as Chaur Sahib, Keertan, Ardaas must ensure that they have showered and are wearing clean clothes.
ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਚੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਕੀਰਤਨ, ਅਰਦਾਸ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨੇ ਹੋਣ। -
No talking after the lights out time. Please ensure that you go to sleep so that you are not exhausted the next day.
ਧਿਆਨ ਰਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਬੱਤੀਆਂ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੌਂ ਜਾਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਂ ਕਰੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਲਈ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉੱਠ ਸਕੋ। -
Athletic activities and any kind of mischief is prohibited in the residence room/ tent.
ਨਿਵਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੈ। -
Amritvela is most important part of Khalsa Camps. Sleep on time to rise early.
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਤਮ ਅੰਗ ਹੈ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਸੌਂਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
